- The product was built for fight academies (BJJ, MMA, grappling), and supports multiple modalities and class structures.
- Do I need to install anything at the gym?
- No. Management and the student app work in the browser; native apps are optional for check-in and notifications.
- How does the public academy page work?
- Each academy can publish a page at oss365.app/your-slug with schedules, instructors, trial class info, and a link to the app.
- Is there a free trial?
- Yes. Use Register academy to start onboarding or request a guided demo.
- How is privacy handled?
- We provide privacy policies, consent flows, and a documented account deletion process.
- Do students and instructors use the same app?
- Students use student.oss365.app; managers and instructors use app.oss365.app with role-based permissions.
